Overview
LEC’s Employment Services, funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, provides high quality services to individuals, employers and the community.
Working with job seekers and employers, we make the right connections to help qualified candidates find the right roles, and for employers to grow their staff.
The Employment Services program gives job seekers an advantage in their pursuit of employment by offering free resources and advice that will:
- Build their employment skills
- Boost their confidence
- Provide greater opportunities to connect with employers

Those who participate in LEC’s Employment Services program enjoy a variety of benefits to aide them in their job search. These services include:

Employer Benefits
While participants in LEC’s Employment Services program benefit from our staff’s years of experience helping connect job seekers with employers, we simultaneously build partnerships with employers to support workforce requirements. These services include:
- A pool of pre-screened candidates
- One-on-one assistance with hiring and training new employees
- Venues for job postings
- Access to financial incentives to offset training costs
- Additional benefits

The Employment Services Program, funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development provides high quality services to individuals, employers and the community.
Our services for job seekers include free access to computers for job search, specialized workshops to prepare for the labour market and access to Employment Ontario training programs.
We also build partnerships with employers to support workforce requirements with services which include a pool of pre-screened candidates, one-on-one assistance with hiring and training new employees, venues for job postings and access to financial incentives to offset training costs.
